MY STORY

You must be wondering who this big beautiful face on your screen is...

HEY THERE! I am Isabelle, the founder of CSR Coaching who is a PT and Online Coach. 

Now, without boring you with my whole life story, here is a little background on me. 

I am a personal trainer who has had her fair share of struggles when it comes to the fitness journey. 

I am an ex dancer of 18 years, currently being diagnosed with ADHD and Autism and I used to have a binge eating disorder... so yes, my journey has NOT been easy.

But the beauty that has arisen from all of that? I discovered weight training and, even though this statement is super cringy, it saved my life.

I have been in the gym since I was 16, and I have been taking my training seriously for over 5 years now.

I am now the strongest and best version of me, and now I am on a mission to help change the lives of so many men and women of any age by supporting them to be their best selves too... because we all deserve to be and feel our best.

I am here to debunk strength training myths, help you build gym confidence and challenge you to push your limits, all whilst accommodating to your lifestyle and needs... because let's be honest, 95% of the population do not live the lavish influencer jet ski sun all year round lifestyle and need some guidance on how to do this around their busy, stressful and child-FULL lives.
